We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to fanouts and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
To send periodic emails:
The email address Users provide during registration will only be used to ensure User is an individual and not a 'robot'. If User is also a current Plymouth-Canton Educational Park student or the parent of a current student the email address will be used by PCMB to communicate information specific to the individual. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list (Fanout), they will receive emails that may include booster news, updates, schedule changes, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
To permit user interaction:
Site utilizes an on-line directory of Students, which will only be visible Students and Parents who's status as Students and Parents have been verified.
To conduct PCMB business:
Some data collected during registration will be used by PCMB to conduct the normal business related to supporting the P-CEP instrumental program. In addition, PCMB will add additional information to the User profile such as check boxes indicating whether certain required forms have been submitted. Access to fields not marked as visible during the registration process will be accessible to PCMB only.
Third party websites
Site includes links to sponsor sites as well as other sites related to PCMB or music education. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website\'s own terms and policies.
