The Marching Band Participation Agreement form is now available here. It can also be found in the Marching Band menu under Students.
You will need to log into this site to access the form. Fill in all relevant info on the form and then submit. After you submit the form online you will receive an e-mail with your participation agreement filled out. Please print (preferably on a single double-sided sheet) and read the agreement carefully.
After you and your student sign the agreement, the form can be submitted with the commitment fee in the White Mailbox or turned in at the Scrip table on Tuesdays. Please do not give the form or payments to the Directors or leave them on their desks.
